Con más de 20 años cuidando colmenas y siguiendo las rutas de floración de España, somos un pequeño equipo de apicultores trashumantes. Por eso cada tarro es un momento, un lugar y una sola cosecha. With over 20 years caring for hives and following Spain's blooming routes, we are a small team of transhumant beekeepers. That is why every jar is a moment, a place and a single harvest.

Trashumancia significa mover las abejas hasta donde la flor abre, en su momento exacto. Cada tarro es el retrato de un lugar y un instante. No mezclamos mieles de orígenes distintos. No compramos miel a granel para revenderla. Lo que cosechamos, lo embotellamos. Y cuando una cosecha se termina, se termina: por eso cada miel es limitada por naturaleza. Transhumance means moving the bees to where the flower opens, at its exact moment. Each jar is the portrait of a place and a moment. We don't blend honeys of different origins. We don't buy bulk honey to resell. What we harvest, we bottle. And when a harvest ends, it ends: that's why each honey is limited by nature.

Buena parte de la miel que se vende en España no es 100% española, ni siempre 100% pura. Una gran cantidad se importa a granel de fuera —Argentina, China y otros orígenes— y se mezcla antes de llegar al tarro. Much of the honey sold in Spain is not 100% Spanish, nor always 100% pure. A large amount is imported in bulk from abroad —Argentina, China and other origins— and blended before reaching the jar.
